Cancellation & Refund Policy

All registration fees, once paid, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Non-participation in the event
• Personal reasons (injury, illness, travel issues, etc.)
• Failure to collect the race kit or BIB
• Disqualification on race day

In line with standard marathon industry practice, registration fees are generally non-refundable because of advance operational commitments and event costs.

If the Organizer cancels or rejects a participant's registration because of:

• Incorrect or incomplete information
• Non-compliance with the eligibility criteria
• Any other valid administrative reason

The registration fee will be refunded after deducting:

• Payment gateway charges
• Bank transaction charges
• Any applicable administrative fees

In the event that the marathon is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control — including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events:

• No refund will be provided.
• The registration may be carried over to a revised date or a future edition of the event, at the Organizer's discretion.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
• Actual processing timelines may vary depending on the participant's bank or payment gateway.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
